What to Expect
Following our complimentary 15-minute phone consultation, we will schedule our telehealth initial session. During this meeting, we will conduct an intake process and develop a comprehensive treatment plan. Throughout this time, we will delve into your challenges, identify your strengths, and collaboratively formulate a plan aimed at guiding you towards the person you aspire to become. Subsequent telehealth counseling sessions will then be scheduled for 50 minutes each.
